Day 1: HANOI – SAPA – CAT CAT VILLAGE (L/D) – hotel (L, D)
6:15 AM: You will be picked up from your hotel in the Old Quarter and board a comfortable bus for your scenic journey to Sapa. Relax and enjoy the views as we wind our way through the mountains. 12:30 PM: After arriving at the Sapa bus office, you’ll be transferred to the restaurant for taking your lunch for freshen up and then checking-in your hotel. 2:30 PM: Embark on a cultural adventure! Explore Cat Cat village, a haven for the Black Hmong people. Trek 3 km (approximately 1.9 miles) along scenic paths and discover the village’s unique charm. Learn about the local culture, customs, and traditional crafts like weaving and silversmithing. Visitting the Cat Cat waterfall and the historical Hydropower Station. Enjoy the beauty of Shin Chai village, a former French colonial retreat. 5 p.m: Back to your hotel in Sapa town and enjoy your dinner at around 7 p.m. Day 2: SAPA – Y LINH HO – LAO CHAI (B/L/D) – homestay (B, L, D) Before 8:30 AM: Enjoy your breakfast at your hotel and check out. Get ready for your trekking to the Y Linh Ho, Lao Chai, Ta Van village. 8:30 AM: Descend to Y Linh Ho village, a haven for the Hmong people. Capture stunning photos of these ancient rice terraces of over 100 years old. Continue Trekking: Continue your journey to Lao Chai, another Hmong village steeped in tradition. Enjoy a delightful lunch break here for about 01 hour. Homestay Experience: Immerse yourself in local life! Head to Ta Van, a village inhabited by both Hmong and Giay ethnicities. Here, you’ll be warmly welcomed by a local Giay family and spend the night in their cozy homestay. Evening Delights: Participate in a traditional cooking demonstration and enjoy a local dinner prepared by your homestay family. Day 3: GIANG TA CHAI – SAPA – HANOI (B, L) Wake Up Call: Rise and shine to the sounds of the countryside – perhaps a rooster’s crow or friendly pigs! Savor a breakfast of pancakes, hot tea, or coffee while surrounded by breathtaking rice terrace views. Farewell to the Homestay: Bid farewell to your gracious hosts.
